Katlyn Moss
Birth & postpartum doula, Yoga
Hi, I'm Kate! There is a profound, sacred threshold crossed during the transition into parenthood. I have always felt an undeniable, lifelong calling to care for mothers and their babies. To me, the space between the fierce rebirth of a mother and the fragile, exquisite newness of a newborn is holy ground—and it is exactly where I am meant to step in and hold them both. As a birth and postpartum doula, my mission is to wrap families in holistic, intuitive, and grounded support so they feel deeply seen, nourished, and safe as they cross this threshold.
My practice is rooted in nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. To support the physical and emotional landscape of postpartum healing, I offer specialized somatic and yoga services designed to help parents gently integrate their birth experiences and find a sense of home in their changing bodies. Understanding that true healing begins from within, I provide custom, nutrient-dense meal prepping services tailored to restore vitality, support lactation, and bring comfort to the early weeks of parenthood.
For families seeking a deeper, cosmic understanding of their transition, I weave an astrology focus into my care. By looking at the unique celestial blueprints of both parent and child, we can gently map out the emotional themes, strengths, and rhythms of your new family dynamic.
Always walking the path of the student to better serve my community, my work is backed by continuous, rigorous education. I am currently studying with The Matrona, working toward several advanced certifications, and will be officially beginning my formal journey into midwifery this fall. Whether you are preparing for the intensity of labor or navigating the tender, quiet days of bringing your baby home, I am here to hold the space, steady the waters, and nourish your entire being.
