Postpartum support
We believe that you don’t have to just survive the first few weeks with your newborn.
Bringing home your newborn is such a special and wonderful experience, but it is hard.
Bringing your baby home is meaningful, emotional, and full of change. It’s also a time when many parents feel unsure, overwhelmed, or stretched in ways they didn’t expect.
In a culture where parents are often expected to figure it out on their own, it’s common to struggle. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Too many parents rely solely on the support of their partner (who is also going through a huge transition!) and their loved ones who, let’s face it, come in with their own opinions and judgments.
Our role is different.
With a postpartum doula, you have space to find your own rhythm, make decisions that feel right for you, and be supported in a way that feels steady, respectful, and aligned with your values.

What is Postpartum support?
Postpartum doulas come to you for 4 to 10-hour shifts to give you hands-on, expert help as you navigate this lifestyle change. Whether you need some help meeting your feeding goals, need a little help around the house, or just need someone to talk about the ways you’re growing and adapting to your new life, your postpartum doula will be there for you. Unlike friends or family, your doula can hold space for you to work through this adjustment without offering unsolicited advice or judgments about your personal parenting choices.
Every family is different, and your care is shaped around your needs.
Support may include:
Newborn care and guidance
Feeding support and reassurance
Postpartum recovery support
Overnight newborn care
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Sibling and household support
Creating daily rhythms and routines
Emotional support as you adjust
Our goal is to help you feel more steady, more rested, and more supported in your day-to-day life.
