Owner/Operator, Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth education

Client Care and Operations Coordinator, Pediatric sleep specialist

Shaina Catalla

Shaina has been supporting families in the birth and postpartum space since 2019, when she was unexpectedly invited into birthwork after being asked to "doula" for her sister-in-law. What began as a single experience quickly grew into a deep passion for supporting families during one of life's most transformative seasons.

While Shaina has a deep appreciation for birth, the postpartum period is where her heart truly lies. She believes those early weeks and months are tender, sacred, and deserving of far more support than most families receive. Welcoming a new baby means welcoming an entirely new version of a family, and she believes every parent deserves to be held, supported, and cared for as they cross that threshold.

After relocating to Spain with her husband and three children, Shaina was looking for a way to stay connected to the birth community she loves. Joining the agency team allowed her to continue supporting families in a new capacity, bridging the gap between clients and doulas, ensuring families receive exceptional care, and helping doulas feel supported as they do their important work. She often jokes that she "doulas the doulas," offering guidance, encouragement, and behind-the-scenes support so both clients and care providers can thrive.

Known for her calm presence and practical support, Shaina believes families don't need perfection... they need connection, reassurance, and someone firmly in their corner.

Shaina is also the team's resident certified pediatric sleep consultant, bringing additional expertise in infant and child sleep to the families and doulas she serves.

When she's not working, you'll likely find her with a good book, out on a hiking trail, embroidering, caring for her three children, or soaking up the adventure of everyday life in Spain.

Karina Frasier

Birth and Postpartum Doula

Karina's path to birthwork began during her first pregnancy, when she developed a deep appreciation for the care, support, and community that exist within the birth world. After her daughter was born, she realized how much additional postpartum support would have helped her and how many families are unaware of the resources available to them. Wanting to help bridge that gap, she became a doula so she could provide the reassurance, practical support, and encouragement she believes every family deserves.

Karina is trained through DONA and has additional education in high-risk birth support, lactation, belly wrapping, babywearing, photography, and childbirth education. She is especially passionate about helping families advocate for themselves and make informed choices that align with their values and needs.

As a postpartum doula, Karina believes the early weeks should be centered around rest, connection, and healing. She encourages families to slow down, soak in time with their baby, and prioritize nourishment, hydration, and support. Her favorite part of the work is watching parents grow into their confidence, offering reassurance, practical help, and resources that reduce anxiety and allow families to focus on what matters most.

When she isn't supporting families, Karina enjoys making handmade soaps and body products, reducing household waste, reading everything from insightful books to delightfully ridiculous novels, and pursuing continuing education within the birth world.

Clients often describe Karina as a calm and grounding presence. She brings steady support, genuine encouragement, and deep respect for each family's unique journey. Above all, she believes that parents know their family best and is honored to support them in making the choices that feel right for them.

KaTlyn moss

Birth & Postpartum doula, yoga instructor

There is a profound, sacred threshold crossed during the transition into parenthood. I have always felt an undeniable, lifelong calling to care for mothers and their babies. To me, the space between the fierce rebirth of a mother and the fragile, exquisite newness of a newborn is holy ground—and it is exactly where I am meant to step in and hold them both. As a birth and postpartum doula, my mission is to wrap families in holistic, intuitive, and grounded support so they feel deeply seen, nourished, and safe as they cross this threshold.

My practice is rooted in nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. To support the physical and emotional landscape of postpartum healing, I offer specialized somatic and yoga services designed to help parents gently integrate their birth experiences and find a sense of home in their changing bodies. Understanding that true healing begins from within, I provide custom, nutrient-dense meal prepping services tailored to restore vitality, support lactation, and bring comfort to the early weeks of parenthood.

For families seeking a deeper, cosmic understanding of their transition, I weave an astrology focus into my care. By looking at the unique celestial blueprints of both parent and child, we can gently map out the emotional themes, strengths, and rhythms of your new family dynamic.

Always walking the path of the student to better serve my community, my work is backed by continuous, rigorous education. I am currently studying with The Matrona, working toward several advanced certifications, and will be officially beginning my formal journey into midwifery this fall. Whether you are preparing for the intensity of labor or navigating the tender, quiet days of bringing your baby home, I am here to hold the space, steady the waters, and nourish your entire being.

Vivica "Viv" Fowler

birth & postpartum doula

Viv is a birth and postpartum doula, mother, creator, and passionate advocate for growing families. Her path to birth work began while studying nursing, where she witnessed firsthand how the healthcare system often lacks the empathy, connection, and individualized support that birthing families deserve. Drawn to a more holistic and relationship-centered approach, she discovered doula work and immediately felt called to support families during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives.

Viv is deeply passionate about creating spaces where mothers feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered. She believes birth is a powerful rite of passage that deserves to be approached with compassion, education, and unwavering support. Whether helping families navigate decisions, offering reassurance, or simply holding space during vulnerable moments, she is committed to bridging the gaps that often leave parents feeling overwhelmed or alone.

As a birth and postpartum doula, Viv considers it an honor to walk alongside families as they welcome new life and grow into their new roles. She finds immense joy in witnessing mothers discover their strength, confidence, and intuition while building a foundation for their family.

Outside of birth work, Viv loves spending time outdoors with her children, exploring nature, reading, studying herbalism, and tending to her garden filled with herbs, fruits, and vegetables. She finds deep meaning in nurturing growth… whether that means supporting a family through birth or caring for the plants she cultivates at home.

Viv feels privileged to be welcomed into such an intimate chapter of a family's story. She believes every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and deeply cared for. This is your birth, your baby, and your journey—and she is honored to be part of your village every step of the way.

Amber Adams-Jackson

birth & postpartum doula

Amber is a certified labor doula and certified postpartum and infant care doula who is passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. As a wife, mother of three, and lifelong lover of babies and birth, Amber brings both professional training and personal experience to the families she serves.

Her journey into birth work began with a simple question: what kind of work would feel both meaningful and fulfilling? After reflecting on her lifelong interest in birth and babies, the answer became clear. Although it took time to pursue, becoming a doula felt like coming home. Once she entered the birth world, she never looked back.

Amber is especially passionate about education, information, and access to resources. She believes that informed families are empowered families and is committed to helping parents navigate their options with confidence. Too often people look back and say, "If I had known that, I would have done things differently." Amber hopes to be part of changing that experience for future generations by ensuring families have the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions.

Professionally trained through ProDoula and Commonsense Childbirth Institute, Amber supports families with compassion, practical guidance, and unwavering encouragement. She understands that welcoming a child into the world is both deeply personal and sacred, and she considers it an honor to be invited into that space.

When she's not supporting families, Amber enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, gathering with family and friends, reading, listening to podcasts, and attending a great concert whenever she gets the chance.

As a mother who has experienced both the joys and challenges that life can bring, Amber understands the worries, questions, and emotions that often accompany pregnancy and parenthood. Her promise to every family is simple: if you invite her on your journey, she will have your back every step of the way.
