What is birth support?

You’ll have access to your doula throughout your pregnancy. They can help you navigate birth plan changes, emotional hiccups, and everything in between.

Your doula will schedule a formal in-home preparation session to iron out the ways in which they may be most helpful to you, your partner, and family once you’re in labor.

Once labor starts and you're ready for your doula’s support, they will be ready to go and will stick by you until your baby is born.

About a week after your birth, the doula that attended your birth will schedule an in-person visit to check in on how you're adjusting and process your birth experience.
