The class is led by Natasha Kinner, owner of Live Light Birth & Family, an experienced birth doula, childbirth educator, prenatal yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator. Natasha combines evidence based education with real life experience to help families feel informed, confident, and prepared for birth.
